ERIE Conference – Take the Bus - Reserve your spot today!
Recognizing that attending a conference in Erie could be a challenge because of the distance, and travel time involved, we would like to offer a solution – TAKE THE BUS!
A 56-passenger deluxe motorcoach complete with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, DVD player & monitor, and a restroom will afford conference goers with the ability to network, catch up on work and arrive at the conference rested and ready to learn and connect!
Travel will take place on Sunday, October 19, with expected arrival in Erie by 2 p.m. Departure will take place on Wednesday, October 22 at 11 a.m. Three pickup locations are available: Douglasville, Harrisburg & State College.

*If 40 or more riders participate, the fee will drop to $255. A $50 refund/credit will be processed for all earlier registrations.
With the 2025 IRS mileage reimbursement rate of .70/mile - taking the bus offers a great value!
Refund Policy
In order to fulfill our obligation to the bus company, we are unable to offer refunds. However, substitutions will be permitted.

Douglasville – Harrisburg (20 min.) – State College (20 min.) – Clarion (40 min.) - Erie
- 6:00 AM Departure from Douglasville, PA
- 7:25 AM Stop in Harrisburg (likely Colonial Park Mall) for break and pick-up of additional passengers.
- 7:45 AM Depart Harrisburg/Colonial Park
- 9:15 AM Arrive State College for break and pickup of additional passengers
- 9:35 AM Depart State College
- 11:20 AM Arrive Clarion, PA for lunch
- 12:00 PM Depart Clarion
- 1:45 PM Arrive Erie, PA
Participants will arrive in time for the 2:15 p.m. sessions, the opening keynote session and evening activities.
Return Trip, Wednesday, October 22
