The Eastern Lancaster County (ELANCO) Library seeks a dynamic, community-focused leader to serve as Library Director. The Director oversees daily operations, staff leadership, budgeting, programming, and facility management while fostering strong relationships with patrons, staff, the Library Board, and community partners. The ideal candidate will bring vision, collaboration, and commitment to advancing the library’s mission of providing exceptional service and access to all.

Salary: $55,000–$60,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
